The recent terrible events in the Ukraine have raised deeply disturbing echoes of the Second World War.
Our Archive works to commemorate the RAF Pathfinders who died or were injured, physically or psychologically, in that bloody conflict. Their sacrifices, and those of millions upon millions of other people, both military and civilian, eventually brought victory and peace to Europe.
It is vital that what the Pathfinders, and millions standing with them, achieved at such cost is not overturned now.
Almost the entire World is uniting to support the Ukrainians – politically, economically and charitably. Amongst the many charities involved in the crisis are these:
British Red Cross
The British Red Cross provides food, first aid, clean water, shelter, medicines, supports fire fighters and civil protection units, and carries out many other vital humanitarian tasks.

Come Back Alive
